Greerton Road:..........Colonel Greer Commanding Officer of the 68 Regiment at Gate Pa
Church Street:...........The street with St Georgeís church on it
Manley Grove:...........Surgeon Major Manley who won a Victoria Cross at Gate Pa
Mitchell Street:...........Samuel Mitchell who won the Victoria Cross at Gate Pa
Esk Street:.........}......HMS Esk, HMS Harrier and HMS Miranda bought troops to the Battle of Gate Pa
